It was my first time using a roller, but since I'm not very fit, I didn't need any incline, and a regular fixed roller was sufficient for me, so I'm selling this. Quick release is not included. I was able to use my own. As shown in the 6th photo, there is rust on the quick release adapter, but there are no issues with use.
