It's new and unused, but I've taken it out and looked at it repeatedly, so the wrapping paper for the plate has been replaced with packing material. The plate has no scratches, cracks, or chips. The outside of the box is quite dirty due to aging, but the inside is not so much. ☆This is a used item, so there may be some light stains due to aging.
