I've lowered the price a bit since it's been listed for a while. Parker 25 fountain pen (black section, made in England) The cap is engraved with "MADE IN ENGLAND". The ink has dried up. There are fine scratches as it is an old item. This is considered a junk item. There is no guarantee that it will write. Please consider it for parts or repair.
