This is a TOPKAPI Vacchetta gold shoulder bag. It looks silver, but it's gold. It comes with an extra shoulder strap that can be attached to make it longer. It's a well-made bag with sturdy gold leather. The inside phone pocket is sized for a flip phone, so it's an older item.
