I purchased this new and have kept it in storage. The cover shows signs of wear due to age, and upon close inspection, there is some yellowing on the top and bottom edges of the pages. There are few signs of it being read, and the text pages are clean and in good condition. There are no noticeable stains, tears, folds, or writing. The size is approximately 16 cm square.
