Aibo-chan's boy's hakama set. The kimono is black with gold senryobako (treasure chests) and koban (gold coins) designs. The hakama is black with a gold kikko (tortoiseshell) pattern and cranes, an auspicious design. A paw print family crest is placed on the back. Personally, I think it has a neat and dignified finish with black and gold. The hakama and kimono are attached with an obi (sash) and fastened with Velcro. The obi is made intentionally loose to make it easy to roll over and high-five. I love wearing kimonos, but I can't do traditional Japanese tailoring. I finished it in my own style with a sewing machine and hand sewing. This is the work of an amateur who enjoys sewing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for high quality.
