I've used this for about two months. After each use, I wash it, use the bathroom dryer to dry it, and make sure it's thoroughly dried. I use a hand pump to inflate it and have not put my mouth on the inflation hole. (Please note that a pump is not included.) The box and instruction manual are included. When shipping, I may fold down the protruding part of the box. While there are no visible scratches or stains, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details, as this is something that will come into contact with a baby.
