It's a sturdy maternity record case with a vinyl-coated surface. It can also be used as a multi-case for passbooks, medical record books, etc. There is a small peeling where the zipper tag string touched (see image 6). Other than that, it's in a clean condition with no noticeable stains. I will protect it from water damage and wrap it in bubble wrap before shipping via Yu-Packet Post.
