This item was purchased over 5 years ago and was used for commuting. The scratches are as shown in the photos, and there are areas where the inner fabric is exposed. The fabric around the zipper is partially torn, and it doesn't close smoothly sometimes, but it doesn't affect its use. The inside is yellow, which is unusual, and I think it's relatively clean. While there is some wear and tear, I think it's still usable. It's still being traded at a high price in stores, so if you are considering purchasing it, please take this opportunity.
