It's a Swedish brand, MOZ, known for its "elk (moose)" motif. These shoes have a waterproof effect with 4cm 6-hour waterproof specifications, but it's only waterproof up to the sole. They are designed to prevent water from seeping in when walking on wet surfaces or through puddles. They are not "completely waterproof" like rain boots, as water will gradually seep in from the laces and the nylon woven parts around the shins when it rains. These boots are primarily useful for trekking or camping, such as when walking on dewy forest roads or in areas with many puddles. My personal experience wearing these MOZ winter boots is that the ankle area is initially narrow and can be difficult to put on, but after wearing them for a few days, the width of the ankle area conforms to your foot width, making them easier to wear.
