This is the top part only of a WFL Ludwig vintage snare stand. The legs are not included. This vintage stand is very popular and is a wonderful stand. Considering its age, it is very clean and can be said to be unused. The vinyl at the tip is like new, with no scuffs or tears. The swing of each part is smooth, and there is no rust.
