I purchased this item here before. I received it in beautiful condition, having been worn three times. After that, I dressed my child in it three times: when they were discharged from the hospital, for checkups, and as everyday wear. There is a yellowing around the neckline, as shown in the photos (photo 3). It's a stain that's hard to notice unless you look closely. Other than that, the item is in beautiful condition and can still be worn. The fabric is sturdy, so I don't think it feels very worn.
