I believe this is a round, enameled decorative plate by Ando Cloisonné, but I'm not certain. It's a large size for cloisonné. It has the transparency and brilliance unique to cloisonné. Please enjoy displaying it. I'm selling some of my collection because I have too many. It comes with the stand shown in the image. Approximately 24 cm in diameter. Significant price reductions are not possible.
