This is a Showa-retro bamboo basket. The name of a ship is written on it, so I imagine it was used in the fishing industry. The size is approximately 49cm x 50cm x 23cm in height, though this is a rough measurement. I washed it with water. There are some places where the woven bamboo is chipped. (See image 7) Please check the images for any areas of concern. It's a deep and sturdy basket. Please understand that this is a used item.
