This is a pouch to wear on your arm while running or walking. I used it a few times during the era of flip phones, but I never wore it directly against my skin. You can insert a pen from the outside (pen not included). It won't fit a smartphone, but I'm selling it because it can hold keys, small items, or perhaps be used in other ways. This is a used item, inspected by a non-professional, and stored at home. There may be oversights in the inspection, but I hope you understand and will purchase it if you can appreciate it.
