I received this item a year ago, which was in good condition at the time. The size, when measured flat, is about 11cm, but I think it would be better for a child's foot to be under 10.5cm. Even if it's a little loose, the Velcro straps should allow for adjustment! My child wore these a couple of times when going out before they could walk! I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains, but please check the images! Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items stored at home!
