This is a brush with a diameter of approximately 15 cm. While its intended use might be different, I purchased it for oil painting supplies. I've had it stored for many years and believe I haven't used it, but since the bag and other film have been removed, I've categorized it as "close to unused." As you can see in the photos, one or two bristles at the tip are splayed.
