Made of brass, operation confirmed on R610 oval track (see the last photo). However, this is a junk item, and running is not guaranteed. The smoke unit's heating element turns red, so it seems to be working, but I haven't been able to confirm if it produces smoke due to lack of oil. The front light is LED and has been confirmed to light up. Coal is loaded. The exterior appears to be in good condition, but please judge from the photos. The joint rubber has been replaced with silicone. No accessories included; only the main unit.
