These are "En punto" see-through dot pattern pumps with a ribbon. These pumps were a limited edition Disney (Minnie) collaboration sold a few years ago at a Lumine store. The removable ribbon is made of tulle, and the platform and heels have a glitter finish, making these shoes look elegant overall. The item for sale is the black color shown in the first photo.
