I purchased this at Nishimatsuya and it was worn for two seasons, but my child didn't like hats and rarely wore it. Because they would take it off immediately, the elastic is stretched and I think the part around the chin might be dirty from pulling on it, so it might be good to have someone who can sew it re-sew it.
