Since it is bent by hand and is a used item, please refrain from bidding if you are concerned about uniformity or scratches. I bend it as evenly as possible using a vise and special tools. I have experience working as a shipwright, so I am confident in the processing. Also, I don't bend it in a gutter like the old yankees, so the finish is good. I have narrowed the Asahi Kaze-bou. The stays are also bent to resemble a Shinkansen or a Regent hairstyle. (The stays will be removed for shipping.) The cloth tassels are also attached, and the side wires will be removed if desired. I believe that the difference between the old yankee windbreaks and those that are not is whether or not the wires are removed, but I personally recommend leaving the wires in place because they create a more beautiful shape.
