Not yet available on software, not yet on DVD, hard to obtain, rare, premium, extremely rare, out of print, a treasure, French film. One day, Mina (Romane Bohringer) and Ethel (Elsa Zylberstein), born in the same hospital, become friends through a certainきっかけ, and go to parties together. However, they also have complexes, worrying that they are not at all attractive and that they don't appeal to anyone. But Mina wants to make a living as a painter in the future, while Ethel aims to be a journalist. Eventually, the two meet two men (Stéphane Slima, Nils Tavernier), and the relationship between Mina and Ethel begins to deteriorate as a result. The two separate themselves by looking outward. And a few years later, the two are now living separate lives. Mina is already living as a painter, but sometimes has to work on forgeries, and things are not going well with her lover (Éric Defosse). Meanwhile, Ethel works as a journalist, is made fun of by those around her, and even manages to get married. Mina wants to spend time with Ethel again, but Ethel doesn't have much time and is preoccupied with her own life. Mina once mistakenly believes that Ethel has taken everything from her, but in the end, they can't get in touch due to a misunderstanding, and she commits suicide. Afterwards, a painting Mina drew when she was a child and a single girl are left in the darkness in front of the camera, along with the disappearing lighting.
