This is a reversible padded vest. The navy side has a fleece-like texture. Both sides have pockets. There was no size listed, so I've included measurements for your reference. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there is some wear and tear. Shipping will be done by folding the item compactly. (It may also be compressed.)
