"Ran" (linen) is the origin of the French word "lingerie." The more you wash it, the whiter, softer, and smoother it becomes. This one has not been pre-washed, so it's still a light beige color. Washing it will result in a color similar to the left side of the eighth photo. It's large enough to be used as a tablecloth. There are some imperfections such as gray fibers, uneven thread thickness, and slight fraying at the edges, but these are part of the antique character. For those who appreciate this aesthetic.
