I purchased this item this year and wore it once or twice. It's relatively clean, but since it's made of metal, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor scratches. I purchased it at an Hermès store inside a department store in Osaka. Due to the nature of branded items, there is a possibility of substitution, so returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason. Please purchase with your understanding. The accessories are all shown in the second photo. I am not considering lowering the price.
