This is a SONY RM-WME23 remote control for a cassette WALKMAN. I connected it to a different model, and "Hold" appeared. The other buttons don't respond, possibly because the models are different. Music could be heard from the headphones of the different model, and the volume also responded. However, I haven't been able to confirm all functions. Only the remote control part shown in the image is included. This is old electronic equipment, so it is being sold as junk. It shows signs of use, with scratches and dirt.
