The tag is missing, but this is a 50/50 cotton-polyester fabric from around the 1980s. Both sleeves and the hem have single stitching. This has the characteristic sheer feel of the fabric from that era, where the cotton has worn out. The details are unknown, but this is believed to be a piece made by a Harley custom shop in New York at the time. Both sides have very good prints. The condition is junk, but I think this is a very atmospheric T-shirt among vintage Harley T-shirts.
