This is a CD of the compilation album "Rotterdam Techno Is Hard Hard Hard!!" released by Avex in 1993. Rotterdam Techno is a type of hardcore techno that originated in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It emerged in the early 1990s as a heavier version of hardcore techno. It is characterized by distorted kick drums and shrill sampling. In Japan, Takkyu Ishino of Denki Groove introduced it, and it became known through the release of compilation albums by Avex. This album is the first in the series and contains a total of 17 tracks.
