It is new and unused, but as it has been stored for a long time, I will consider it as "near new." A cherry blossom "petal" shaped footed, fluted bowl. Suitable as a confectionery dish, a simmered dish bowl, or a serving plate for dishes. Also, as an interior decoration... Cherry blossom petals dancing in the wind... White and gold "blizzard of flowers" falling away. The elegant atmosphere of cherry blossoms falling on the water's surface is expressed in the vessel. The inside is made by sandwiching the clay between cloth and tapping it, so there are fine lattice cloth marks (see image 7). Although unused, unevenness due to the earthenware and color unevenness due to hand-painting (color fading on the white petals) are initial kiln marks.
