The F90V is a fully painted finished product, with glossy, metallic paint, and is painted to look very beautiful. The other mission packs are not painted. The mission packs included are: B, D, E, F, G, K, M, and S. Also, it has been polished with compound to some extent, resulting in a beautiful finished product.
