This is an official USA Olympic cap (from the Nagano Olympics) with a handwritten autograph by Akebono. It was obtained directly from Akebono himself when he visited Nagano during the 1998 Nagano Olympics. At the time, my son wore it only once, and it has been stored in a bag for a long time since then. The condition is relatively good, but please understand that there may be minor scratches and storage marks due to aging.
