I recently purchased this on a flea market site. I bought it with the understanding that I would have it sharpened and use it. It came back from sharpening, but it was returned with a snag and a chip about 2 centimeters from the tip of the blade. It has been sharpened to the point where it can cut, but I have not test-cut with it. I recommend this to those who want to try out what SilverLine scissors are like, but I don't recommend it to those who want to cut heavily.
