This is an "Ayame" wind chime from Shinohara Furin Honpo in Tokyo, handcrafted by artisans. It has been stored for about 8 years and is unused, so the paper hanging part is curled. It has a summery atmosphere and makes a beautiful sound. Unlike typical wind chimes, they cannot be mass-produced.
