(Anpanman, Shokupanman, Currypanman, and Kokin-chan) My daughter played with these often, but she never put them in her mouth or threw them, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains. However, there are some minor scratches if you look closely. The Anpanman and Dokin-chan figures have some paint peeling, as they were used a lot for imaginative play. These are used items that a child has played with, so please understand. I have washed everything with OxiClean, rinsed each piece carefully, and dried them thoroughly, so I believe they are safe to use. However, I have inspected them, but there may be oversights. The box has scratches and discoloration. The shipping cost is the same whether or not the box is included.
