This is a Levi's 558. While the third model, the 557, is more common, this rare long model is easier to match due to its balanced length. It's a model that's clearly less common than the older first (506) and second (507) models, and I think it's incredibly difficult to find. Sizes go up to 48, but you rarely see anything above 46. The patch is missing, but the actual size is 46, so it's probably a size 48 that has shrunk. With 70505s going for around 300,000 yen these days when they're still dark, I think this is a great deal.
