This is the Buffalo DT-H71/U2, a USB device that allows you to watch and record terrestrial digital, BS, CS, and cable TV on your computer. I no longer watch TV on my computer due to a change in living situation. I'm offering it for sale, hoping someone else can use it. I tested it by installing and connecting it to a new PC (WIN11 64bit) and confirmed it works. I've included photos. You may need the CD key to install it. I will include it. I will also include a coaxial cable terminal for connecting to a wall outlet (TV connector).
