This is a red dress from RED Valentino. It's a very cute dress with a line that flares out from the waist, a signature RED Valentino design. I had the hem adjusted at a department store when I purchased it. There are faint fold marks on the hem, but I wore it without particularly noticing them. When you look closely in the light, you can see some light stains on the skirt and hem. They seem like they could be removed with cleaning.
