There are no peeling or lifting issues with the rubber surface, and it's still usable, but I no longer need it as I received a new one. There are no practical problems, but the rubber surface has aged over time, so please make your judgment based on the images. It's a single-sided type. This is a standard item for pad practice. Wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard. Will ship quickly.
