Both the kitchen and bathroom versions were used for two years. Everything in the images is included (kitchen faucet female adapter and showerhead attachment parts are included). The instruction manual is also included. (※Both are just the main units; cartridges must be purchased separately. Cartridges should typically be replaced every 2-3 months.) There are no major noticeable scratches or stains, but there are some small scratches and minor dirt. The showerhead has some minor scratches, but no noticeable dirt. The kitchen version can be attached to general round-tipped faucets (where the diameter of the faucet tip is 16-19mm) and faucets with external threaded tips (using the included female adapter). For other faucet shapes, separate adapters (sold separately) that fit your faucet are required (see image 18). Some faucets may not be compatible, so please check image 18 or, if you're unsure, check with the manufacturer. ※Returns due to insufficient confirmation of compatibility with your existing faucet are not accepted. Please confirm compatibility and purchase only after you are fully satisfied.
