This is a 4°C 2021 Autumn Collection ear cuff. It's silver with a yellow gold (18K) plating. It features four stones: opal, pearl, sapphire, and topaz. The third photo is a reference image from the 4°C official website. The first (front) and second (back) photos are of the actual item. It may be for the left ear, but I wore it on my right ear. It didn't fit my ear shape, so I only wore it twice for a short time at my child's school events, and then stored it in an accessory case. There are no visible chips in the gemstones, but it is old, so there is some age-related wear and tear. The case and warranty card are missing.
