I bought this quite a while ago and have worn it several times. The shoulder straps are long and not adjustable. I think it's made of cotton, though there's no quality label, perhaps because it was a sample. It's double-layered and well-made. I think it would be useful for layering in the fall and winter. If you don't mind the small details and will use it a lot, please consider purchasing it.
