This is a MO drive from Logitec. Model Number: LMO-F654U2(S) Power-on and read operations have been confirmed. I have confirmed that it can recognize and access with my MO disks. The main unit has scratches and signs of use appropriate for a used item, but there is no noticeable damage. The accessories are all shown in the photos.
