This is a handmade item. It's a cute hat with bear ears. I haven't measured the size, so I'm not sure, but it was worn by a 2-year-old. I only tried it on. I have a cat at home, so please be aware if you are sensitive to that. Since it's handmade, no claims or returns are accepted.
