This is a children's raincoat purchased a few years ago from Afternoon Tea. It's size 100, with a yellow dot pattern, and comes with a storage bag. It has pockets and adjustable cuffs. The hood has a clear vinyl section for better visibility. It has been worn quite a bit, so there are scratches, stains, discoloration, yellowing, black marks, wrinkles, shape distortion, name markings that have been covered, and stickiness from a sticker that was on the chest. The water repellent treatment has likely worn off due to washing. Please understand that this is a used item.
