This is a Tamiya trailer head pro-po set. It comes with 3 servos and can switch between 3 speeds. It seems that power isn't going to the amplifier, so I was running it with batteries in the battery box shown in the 7th photo. The bed was made by me as a child, using acrylic boards. Since it's an old item, I recommend it to those who can do repairs themselves.
