The flow rate is easy to adjust, making it easy to draw hearts, layered hearts, and leaves. I think it's difficult to do fine layering with many layers or swans with this spout, so it's for beginners to advanced users just before professional level. Also, the 500ml pitcher is perfect for latte art in a 6oz to 12oz latte bowl, so you should be able to make most cafe lattes.
