Although it's new and unused, there are some very fine cracks. The box is lightly soiled overall. I ask that only those who understand the above conditions purchase this item. These are items from my brother, who has practiced calligraphy for over fifty years. He purchased and stored these items several decades ago. Apparently, both ink and paper are better with age, but I don't understand it at all!
