This is an aftermarket product imported from overseas. It's a repair decal modeled after the so-called "spaghetti logo" of a Custom Telecaster. The "Fender" lettering is gold. I think it's quite rare to find one that says "Custom Telecaster." This is a water slide decal. As shown in the image, it's already cut around the letters, so you can remove just the letters by soaking it in lukewarm water. Please search on YouTube or elsewhere for instructions on how to use water slide decals. How about using it for repairing your guitar's headstock?
