I bought this at a used clothing store in Shimokitazawa for about 6000 yen. I couldn't find any tags. The design is great, featuring a fish like a rainbow trout and what appears to be fly fishing bait, reminiscent of Patagonia. *It's not certain if it's Patagonia. I think it could be useful in outdoor settings. It's a slightly small fit.
