The floral pattern and chiffon skirt are fluffy and girly, making it cute. I received it as a gift, but I've only tried it on once and haven't worn it outside, so it's in beautiful condition. It has hooks on the shoulders, sides, and crotch, making it easy to put on and take off, and also making diaper changes easy.
